I created Booknowledge to turn the experiences of my life into something I could share. I write stories and guides in the hope that, among those pages, you will find an emotion, an idea, something to take with you.
One author. An independent project. A meeting with the reader.
01 / WHERE IT BEGINS
Experiences become pages.
My starting point is what I have lived: personal experiences, emotions and reflections. Writing is the way I have chosen to work through them and give them a form that might speak to you too.
This is where Booknowledge’s stories and guides begin. Lived experience is reorganised, transformed into a story or developed into a practical read. Real life is my raw material; each book then takes its own path.
02 / WHO IS BEHIND IT
Behind this name, there’s me.
Booknowledge is a one-person project. I write, self-publish the books and run everything you see here. It is a personal commitment that I deeply believe in.
I have chosen to remain anonymous and keep my identity private. But part of me is in the pages: in how I observe things, the questions I ask myself, the experiences I choose to turn into a book. It is through my books that I want to be known.
03 / THE FREEDOM TO WRITE
“I simply write about whatever
I feel like writing about.”
That is how I choose what to publish and in what order. I follow what I feel like telling. I hope to create intense reads that stay in memory and become something to return to, recommend or feel belongs to you. Almost a small personal cult favourite.
That is the ambition I write with. You will decide what place a book has in your life.
04 / THE REASON TO CONTINUE
The greatest satisfaction?
Your second book.
I imagine a reader choosing one of my books, reading it and then coming back here for another. That return is the greatest satisfaction I could wish for.
To me, it means having earned that trust. Having left something with the first book that sparks a desire for a second.
Booknowledge exists for its readers’ satisfaction. That is the reason the project lives, and the direction I want to keep following.
